IMPORTANT Registration Policy

Conference registration allows attendance of the conference and workshop sessions, the reception, the banquet, and breaks. Each accepted paper or poster must have at least one full (non-student) registration associated with it (even if the registrant is a student). Papers/Posters with no associated full registrant will be removed from the program and proceedings.

Extra page charge for an accepted paper is $200/page for up to two pages. Please make this payment in the registration system as needed.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your registration by clicking “Already Registered?” before the cancellation deadline, September 03, 2019.
• All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by the above cancellation deadline. There will be an administrative fee of US$100.00 deducted from each refund.
• After September 03, 2019, no refunds will be made.
• If the registrant received a letter of invitation from the conference to be used to obtain a visa, then no refund will be processed without proof that the visa was not obtained.
• No refund will be provided if the registrant is the only author of an accepted paper who has registered for the conference.
