The Modsim 2017 workshop will be held this year at The Center for Urban Horticulture in Seattle, August 09-11, 2017.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the government rate at the Silver Cloud Inn, University District.
- Please visit the ModSim Group link.
- Enter your arrival and departure dates within the contracted date range, August 08-13, 2017, and the number of guests. Click on “Search for Availability.”
- Select your preferred room type and click “Reserve.” You then will get a prompt to enter your billing information.
- To complete the reservation, select “Make Reservation.” An e-mail confirmation will follow.
Individuals also can make their own reservations directly with the Silver Cloud Inns & Hotel’s Reservations Department by calling 1-800-205-6940. Each room reservation must be guaranteed using a valid credit card.
Guests must provide the name of the group—ModSim Workshop 2017—and ask for the group rate. This ensures that guests are charged properly, and the workshop guestroom block is credited.
RESERVATION DEADLINE EXTENDED: 3 PM, Friday, July 14, 2017. Now closed.
The stated block of rooms will be held until the reservation deadline, after which the unused portion of the room block will be released and made available for general sale. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. The Silver Cloud Inns & Hotel will continue to accept reservations from attendees after the cut-off date based on space availability.
