Keynote Information

Title: Open Problems in Power Constrained Performance Optimization

Barry Rountree is a computer scientist in the Center for Applied Scientific Computing at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He has been an active researcher in performance optimization under power and energy bounds for the past decade, and has recently branched out into how power constraints affect performance reproducibility.
